Withdrawal & Refund Policy
How wallet withdrawals work at ChainSys, and how refunds are handled in an offline-cash model.
Wallet withdrawals
Members may request a cash payout of their available wallet balance at any time. Each request is verified with a one-time password sent to the member's registered email before the company pays out in cash and marks it Paid.
Refunds
Because ChainSys has no online payment gateway, there are no online charges to refund. Any disputes over offline sales or commission are reviewed by the admin and resolved directly with the member.
Raising a dispute
Members should raise a support ticket from their dashboard so the team can track and resolve the issue.
